Lenten Organ Recital
Third Annual Lenten Organ Recital, Friday, March 30, 2012, 7 p.m.
Back by popular demand! St. Mary’s Canon Organist/Choirmaster Scott Elsholz will perform his third Lenten organ recital at St. Mary’s. This program will feature the rarely-performed Symphony No. 4 in F minor by Charles-Marie Widor, in addition to varied settings of African-American spirituals by a number of American composers. On this eve of Holy Week, come and bask in the beauty and majesty of great music for the pipe organ.
