Ways to Give:
In addition to giving opportunities through the organizations listed above, here are ways to help:
Hunger Ministry at St. Mary's
Though we will not gather for services, we recognize the importance of being present particularly to our neighborhood and those who indeed are food insecure and depend on the Cathedral and other agencies for those needs. Having ceased serving prepared food at this time, we are passing out pre-packaged food bags at at 8 am Wednesdays. We will do so as long as our supplies last. At this time, we are no longer distributing food on Saturdays.
During this time of shelter in place, the Cathedral gates are closed. If you have questions about how to help, Contact Roger or Margery Wolcott at Constance Abbey (roger [at] constanceabbey [dot] org; margery [at] constanceabbey [dot] org) or contact Deacon Drew Woodruff who is coordinating from home for now: 901.336.1103 or dewverger [at] aol [dot] com

Prayer for People Critically Ill or Facing Great Uncertainty
God of the present moment,
God who in Jesus stills the storm
and soothes the frantic heart;
bring hope and courage to all
who wait or work in uncertainty.
Bring hope that you will make them the equal
of whatever lies ahead.
Bring them courage to endure what cannot be avoided,
for your will is health and wholeness;
you are God, and we need you.
