Music at St. Mary's offers free concerts to the Memphis community throughout the year.

Martyrs Weekend

The story of Sr. Constance and the 1870s Yellow Fever Epidemics told in

"Letters and Music."

First person accounts of suffering, sorrow, hope, and healing as told in the written word of those the epidemic affected, interspersed with musical reflections provided by the choir.

Phantom Phavorites Pheatured Phiends!

Hallowe'en program featuring Bach's toccata and Fugue in D minor, ghoulish organ solos and selections from Webber’s Phantom will be sung by Amanda Quinn, Joshua Quinn and Dale DeWood. Costumes welcomed. A concert not to be missed!

This 30th anniversary concert is certain to be a Christmas high point! Ensembles include the Rhodes Singers, Women's Chorus, and Men's Chorus.

Conducted by Artistic Director Matthew Bowlin

The Camerata maintains a tradition of excellence in choral singing, is a vital part of the arts, and enriches our community through singing, volunteerism and choral music education. The Men’s and Women’s Ensembles perform individually and together adding diversity and a distinctiveness to this holiday program.

These musicians provide outstanding music for the Wednesday 8AM Eucharist in Sisters' Chapel which is followed by a community breakfast. The program features a wide variety of musical styles with instruments and vocals.

Spirituality Amidst Upheaval - Organ and Trumpet

In Collaboration with Opera Memphis, Rhodes College, Luna Nova Music as part of:

Fractured: Music and Spirituality in a Time of Upheaval

Dennis Janzer – Organ,    David Spencer – Trumpet

Beverly Vance – Native American Flute, Howard Vance – Guitar

Part of Fractured: Music and Spirituality in a Time of Upheaval, a joint venture involving unified programs of 20th century music presented by Opera Memphis, Rhodes College, Luna Nova, and University of Memphis.

This concert presents: Janzer’s Psalm 92: Flourish Like the Palm Tree; Psalm Meditations; his award winning Duologue for Trumpet and Organ; and Messiaen’s masterpiece Dieu parmi nous.

The Vances play original music.

A series presenter from Memphis Theological Seminary will moderate each “Fractured” program.

The group has traveled overseas several times and performed at St. Peter’s Basilica in The Vatican City and at St. Stephen’s Cathedral in Vienna.  The love to sing and share their music.

St. Mary's Outdoor Festival

This afternoon concert will take place outside (or inside, determined by the weather). Anchored by Sean Murphy on the tuba, the Band will lead us in a musical celebration. COME EARLY AND ENJOY FOOD AND FRIENDS.
