Getting Ready for Lent

Getting Ready for Lent: The Episcopal Bookshop and the Daughters of the King are offering a talk, book-signing, and a visit with author and deacon the Rev. Dr. Joanna Seibert on the topic “Going Home Another Way — Staying Connected to the Christ Child in Epiphany and Lent” on Saturday, February 3 from 10 am to 1 pm.

10-11 am: Meet and Greet with the author.
11 am - Noon: Conversation with Dr. Seibert
Noon - 1 pm: Book signing

Dr. Seibert is an Episcopal Deacon in Little Rock, a pediatric radiologist, popular author, retreat leader, spiritual director, harpist, and a member of the Order of the Daughters of the King.  She attended medical school here in Memphis, was confirmed at St. Mary's, and calls St. Mary's Cathedral part of her spiritual home.
